Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management (BSHRM)
The BS Hotel and Restaurant Management program prepares students to become world-class professionals in the hospitality and food service industry. Students will be equipped with a solid foundation and specialization in the management and operations of hotels, restaurants, and leisure resorts. Through a combination of classroom activities, laboratory training in state-of-the-art facilities, and field experiences, students will develop the leadership and managerial competencies necessary for a career in the hospitality industry here and abroad.
2 – Year Hospitality & Restaurant Services (HRS)
The two-year Hospitality and Restaurant Services program is designed to jumpstart the student’s career in the hospitality industry. Students will be prepared to earn national certificates on cookery, food and beverage, bartending, and local guiding services. The combination of classroom activities, laboratory training in state-of-the-art facilities, and field experiences aim to develop organized, guest-centered, and efficient hospitality and food service industry practitioners.
